Is there any way to purchase a copy here in the US? Even if I subscribed (which I could not afford), I doubt the first issue would be this one.

Gee wiz. You talk about how SF has to be about real issues, impending problems, no more escapist BS! You get your own issue to edit, and you put a hot chick in a corset on the cover?

What were you thinking?

www.fictionwise.com will probably have the single issue available in electronic form within a month for just a few bucks. Interzone has been available that way for several issues now. It's not the same as the real thing, but for just reading the stories in the U.S. it's a good deal.

I've bought a couple of issues from Fictionwise, and am perfectly happy with their electronic presentation. I'll probably go for a subscription soon.

Still, I'm not 100% sold on the mundanista movement though I'll try for an open mind. I just like starships and space battles and all the other trappings of pulp.
